Sanchita Verma - Indian School Sohar

An alumnus is an asset to its alma mater as he/she gives something back to enrich the institution in terms of experiences shared or expertise volunteered; an ambassador of the school who disseminates the values and ideals the school stands for, and propagates these values over generations by being a model to the young.

Connecting to one’s alma mater is always a great feeling. The School shares this sentiment and is elated when it gets to know about the various achievements of its former students after leaving school.

I am tremendously proud of what you have all been accomplishing since leaving campus, and of how you  and the school  have grown in the past few years.

Over the years, Indian School Sohar has continued to expand its efforts in reconnecting with its alumni, living in all four corners of the globe; working in every type of profession imaginable.

It gives me immense pleasure to learn about the initiative Sohar Alumni (SOAL)   is taking to organize the meet to promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie by  sharing. SOAL is doing excellent work in bringing together eminent men and women from all walks of life on this occasion. I am sure that the meet would provide an opportunity to interact on various issues of mutual welfare.

I will be delighted to know the progress of all the students after leaving ISS. I am sure this portal will be a great platform to share ideas as well as learn about the progress made by our students.

I wish the association and its forthcoming event all success and urge all concerned to scale greater heights of success in future and take their rightful place in the Society

It will be my pleasure to welcome you all to the alumni meet, where you can feel right at home. You can reconnect with your classmates and teachers and be updated about your friends.

My best wishes for the success of the celebrations.
